asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will say whether any arrangements have been made between the Electricity Supply Board and the Six County Government whereby permits may be secured by Donegal residents to enable them to take up employment on the proposed Erne drainage scheme which was arranged by reciprocal agreement.
