I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to circulate in the Official Report a statement showing the quantity, value and average cost (c.i.f.) per ton of coal imported from Great Britain, Poland and the United States of America in each of the years 1938, 1944, 1947 and 1950.
