As I announced in my budget speech of 19th April last, the Fourth Programme for Economic and Social Development will cover the three-year period 1973-1975. Where the policies included in the programme have implications for the entire transition period to 1977 these will, of course, be indicated.
Can the Minister state when the Fourth Programme will be published?
I have already told the House that it is expected towards the end of the year.
Will the Government withdraw the other motion on the Third Programme?
