Contract documents for these schemes are under consideration in my Department. Having regard to the amount of capital available for water and sewerage schemes, the volume of such works currently in progress and the number of schemes approved for and getting to construction at the present time I cannot say when I will be in a position to convey decisions thereon to the local authority.
