: Figures relating to medical cards are compiled on a quarterly basis as at 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December each year. Figures are not available for position as at 31 May. The following table sets out the number of medical cards current in each county together with the number of persons covered by medical cards as at 30 June 1977 and 30 June 1980:
