I am so aware. My Department are in consultation with the hospital board with a view to working out a scheme of upgrading to provide a net extra 14 beds for long term patients at an early date.
The question of the possibility of adapting existing unsuitable accommodation to provide further additional long stay accommodation will be considered at a later date.
