My Department have agreed in principle to grant-aid the provision of a new national school at Graiguecullen, County Carlow. The school authorities have recently been asked to have a revised sketch scheme submitted for the project, the scheme already prepared having been regarded as excessive in relation to the floor area. I am not in a position at this stage to say when sanction can be given for the commencement of the building work.
