183 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Health the reason the new surgical wing of Wexford General Hospital is still not open; if she will give details of the revised opening schedule for this facility; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

Work on the commissioning of the new Wexford General Hospital is now nearing completion. I understand from the South Eastern Health Board that it is now planned to open the new facilities on 3 March 1992.
