126 Miss Coughlan asked the Minister for the Environment if he will defer implementation of Statutory Instrument No. 30 under the Housing (Registration of Rented Houses) Regulation, 1996, until the concerns of the National Association of Professional Landlords have been addressed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
