214 Mrs. B. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when Kerry County Council can proceed with contract documents for the Rathmore west sewerage scheme in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13076/98]

Revised proposals to provide a sewage collection system at Rathmore West have been submitted to my Department. Given the high level of commitments under the water and sewerage services investment programme, I cannot say when it may be possible to approve this proposal.
