Ceist:434 Mr. G. Reynolds asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim will be paid 1998 sheep and cattle headage. [1889/99]

There was a commonage over-claim on the application as a result of which each shareholder including the applicant was asked for evidence of their entitlement to the commonage share claimed. The problem has now been resolved and the application from the person named has been processed and payments will be made as soon as possible.
