Ceist:231 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands if AIB Capital Markets, which provided consultancy and advisory services to her on digital terrestrial broadcasting, satisfied the requirements of the Department of Finance governing tax clearance procedures for public sector contracts as provided for in section 1095 of the Taxes Consolidation Act, 1997; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
