215 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when an official copy of a fiated purchase agreement date 8 January 2001 will be supplied to a solicitors (details supplied) in County Mayo; and when this matter will be dealt with by the records branch of his Department. [3627/03]

The original purchase agreement has been lodged in the records branch of my Department following registration by the Land Registry Office and a certified copy of the agreement has been issued to the solicitors concerned.
