I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case: Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - to discuss plans to change the model of contracts between the Departments of Social Protection and Health and dentists in Ireland. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan - to discuss the protection of the rights of the child in the course of any legal proceedings. Deputy Joe McHugh - to discuss why young adults travelling from the South to the North of Ireland cannot avail of the Leap card scheme. Deputy Neasa Hourigan - to discuss an update on work to protect journalists and activists who engage in public participation from strategic lawsuit against public participation, SLAPP, suits.

Deputy Marian Harkin - to discuss increasing the temporary business energy support scheme to highly energy dependent SMEs. Deputy Mattie McGrath - to discuss emergency funding for drainage works and repair of roads networks due to severe flooding in Tipperary. Deputy Dessie Ellis - to discuss the lack of improvements at the Spring Lane halting site since the Ombudsman for Children's Office report.

Deputy Colm Burke - to discuss action to expedite approval of drugs for people with a rare disease. Deputy Chris Andrews - to discuss increasing exemptions from Part V social housing obligations in Dublin city. Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire - to discuss the new assessment of needs model and the role of schools and teachers within this model. Deputy Thomas Gould - to discuss the lack of special school places at second level in Cork. Deputy Kieran O'Donnell - to discuss the eligibility criteria for fuel allowance. Deputy Maurice Quinlivan - to discuss capacity and staffing issues at University Hospital Limerick. Deputy David Stanton - to discuss the need to begin recruitment for the Garda Reserve. Deputy Pat Buckley - to discuss the need for more regular inspections of housing assistance payment properties. Deputy Paul McAuliffe - to discuss the issue of safety on public transport in Dublin. Deputy Holly Cairns - to discuss the results of the Environmental Protection Agency report entitled Urban Waste Water Treatment in 2021 and water quality. Deputies Réada Cronin and Darren O'Rourke - to discuss the Maynooth University levy and the #wheresmylevy campaign in relation to the student centre. The matters raised by Deputies Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire, Neasa Hourigan, Mattie McGrath and Joe McHugh have been selected for discussion.
