Before I call the Minister of State, Deputy Heydon, I would like to welcome some distinguished visitors to the Chamber. On behalf of the Members of Dáil Éireann I extend céad míle fáilte, a very warm welcome, to our Estonian friends from the Parliamentary Friendship Group of Estonia led by Ms Maris Lauri, chairperson of the friendship group. They are very welcome to the House today. I know they have had some meetings with an Oireachtas joint committee. They are accompanied by Her Excellency Ms Kairi Künka, who is no stranger to this House and is well known by all Members of the House. I welcome her too. I hope they have a useful and beneficial visit from both an Irish perspective and an Estonian perspective.
