Before we proceed, I wish to record in public the decisions taken by the committee on EU proposals. It is item No. 9 on our agenda - EU scrutiny decisions of the committee on EU proposals for noting on the public record. The committee agreed that the following package of EU proposals relating to financial risk reduction measures warrant further scrutiny: COM (2016) 850; COM (2016) 851; COM (2016) 852; COM (2016) 853 and COM (2016) 854. It was agreed the remaining EU proposals considered today do not warrant further scrutiny. Details of all EU proposals considered today and decisions made on these proposals will be published on the committee website.
