Ceist:234 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason lands contained in a folio and originally in the name of a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath when in fact they were consolidated with another folio, remain registered in the name of another person; if he will ensure that the title to a folio is duly updated to take account of the situation which pertains; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
