Ceist:198 Mr. Noonan asked the Minister for Health and Children when the project for the restructuring and rebuilding of the psychiatric unit known as 5B at the Mid-West Regional Hospital will proceed; when planning permission was obtained; the amount of money allocated to the project; when the project will go to tender; when she envisages the unit will be completed and commissioned; and if she will make a statement of the circumstances which gave rise to the decision to proceed with the project in the first instance.
