Ceist:144 Deputy Michelle Mulherin asked the Minister for Education and Skills the reason a person (details supplied) is still being paid the unqualified teacher rate of pay despite being qualified and registered since October 2011 and being a member of the Teaching Council since 12 October 2011; when may they expect to be paid the correct salary and have outstanding amounts backdated; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
