610. Deputy Noel Coonan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a disadvantaged area payment will be finalised in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary following the submission of further information by this person to his Department on 18 January 2013; when payment will issue; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Arising from a number of contacts between my Department and the applicant in this case, it is understood that further documentation will be submitted in relation to eligibility of an equine breeding establishment. Immediately on receipt of this material, the application will be progressed.
