169. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection if he will address the increasingly precarious situation appertaining to the case of a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7979/17]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe claim for the client concerned has been disallowed on the grounds that she failed to provide documentation that was requested on numerous occasions and required in order to establish any entitlement to Rent Supplement.
The client has been advised of her right to appeal this decision.
