Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 492 of 12 October 2021, the amount paid by his Department to a laboratory (details supplied) in view of reports that excluding VAT it was paid €87,750 for its work with his Department and not €78,000 excluding VAT as previously indicated; if the laboratory was engaged in work on a trial basis by his Department in December 2020; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
