Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications if he will provide a schedule of all client and or customer facing and or orientated services that his Department provide via a contracted service provider; the contractor that provides the service; and the cost of same for the past five years to date in 2022. Amharc ar fhreagraA client/customer facing service for the purposes of this response has been determined as a service that the Department provides to the public but the delivery of which is being outsourced to a contractor. Set out in the table below is the related expenditure incurred for the years 2017 to date.
