Deputy Mattie McGrath asked the Minister for Health the course of action and procedures that are followed within the HSE to investigate and take action when information comes to light regarding unprofessional and substandard practices involving State-funded bodies, for example, the recent revelations that have come to light and have been published in the media following a recently produced report by an organisation (details supplied) into the operation of HSE MyOptions in relation to its counselling practices.
