289. Deputy Paul Kehoe asked the Minister for Transport when the recoupment of monies owed to Wexford County Council (details supplied) is expected to be made; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [29744/22]
Amharc ar fhreagraWexford County Council submitted a request for payment of costs in relation to the testing facility to the Department of Transport in May 2022. The Department subsequently requested additional detail from Wexford County Council, which was provided in recent days. This information is currently being reviewed by the Department and payment will be processed on completion of that review.
