Deputy Fergus O'Dowd asked the Minister for Health the total number of HSE drug and alcohol outreach workers currently working in the HSE Louth and Meath areas; if an outreach worker is employed by the HSE in the Drogheda area, not including section 39 workers; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
