Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Health if an appointment will be arranged as a matter of urgency for a child (details supplied) with a child and adolescent psychiatrist, as they have been refused and their medical team is insisting on an appointment to deal with the child’s anxiety, poor sleep pattern and other mental health issues; if he will expedite the matter; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
