Vol. 354 No. 6

Written Answers. - Tallaght (Dublin) Community Schools.

626.

asked the Minister for Education when the sports hall will be provided for the Killinarden community school, Tallaght, County Dublin.

627.

asked the Minister for Education if approval can be given for expenditure to provide security fencing at the back of Killinarden community school, Tallaght, County Dublin, having regard to the exceptional nature of the exposure of the school site.

I propose to take Questions Nos. 626 and 627 together.

A physical education hall of 394m² plus changing rooms and showers has been sanctioned for Killinarden community school. While it is intended that the hall should be provided at the earliest possible date, the time scale for its provision depends on the availability of capital and the Department's other commitments and priorities.

A substantial block wall is currently being constructed at the back of the school site.

628.
