Ceist:228 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he has received a budget submission from an organisation (details supplied); if he has considered its first proposal regarding installation aid phase 2 and the farm development loan interest subsidy based on proposals which are in place in Denmark; if he will consider putting the young farmers of Ireland on an even footing with their European counterparts; if he will recommend their proposals on stock relief and on a young farmers' training allowance to the Department of Finance; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
