The post of Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications was established on 22 January 1993. The total costs incurred for the employment of non-civil or public service staff attached to the Minister's office since that date are set out below. Costs for 1993 to 1994 cover the period when my predecessor, Deputy Brian Cowen, was Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications.
