Vol. F No. 17

ACTING PRESIDENT'S OPENING STATEMENT. - PARIS.

The ACTING PRESIDENT, in the course of his address, stated that in view of the short period which had elapsed since last Session there was not very much to report. The expulsion of Mr. Gavan Duffy from Paris would be dealt with by the Associate Secretary for Foreign Affairs. Captain Mac White had been in charge of the Embassy since, but Mr. Sean T.O Ceallaigh had now returned.
