asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will confirm that arrears of childrens allowance backdated to December 1979 will be paid to a person (details supplied) in Dublin and when payment will issue.
A children's allowance book payable from February 1980 and a payable order in respect of arrears due from September 1979 to January 1980 were issued to claimant on 18 April 1980.
