The Deputy will be aware that I announced the second phase of the Industrial Development Authority's fifth advance factory programme on 9 January 1981. As part of this programme the IDA intend to build a 7,000 sq.ft. advance factory in Clonakilty. I am informed by the Authority that construction is expected to begin by mid-1981.
