I do not propose to make any changes to the administration of the REPS scheme at present.
I have established a consultative committee on REPS which is chaired by my colleague the Minister of State, Deputy Deenihan, to provide feedback on the operation of the scheme and advise on possible improvements. Farming bodies, environmental groups, planning agencies and relevant Government Departments are represented on the committee.
