67 Ms Cooper-Flynn asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources the reason a person (details supplied) in County Mayo has not received forestry premia and part of the set-up grant; and if payment will be made as a matter of urgency. [9673/99]

The person in question has been requested on a number of occasions to provide necessary documentary proof of entitlement to plant the land in question. When the relevant documentation is received, the outstanding premium payments will be released.
