259 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Education and Science when a reliable and adequate bus service will be provided to meet the needs of the children attending Sallins national school, County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19273/99]

My Department has requested a report from Bus Éireann concerning this matter. On receipt of this report, the Deputy will be advised of the outcome.
