I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Tom Sheahan — the provision of school transport for children in Annascaul to Milltown secondary school, County Kerry; (2) Deputy Chris Andrews — the need to promote Georgian Dublin and have it designated as a UNESCO heritage site; (3) Deputy Lucinda Creighton — the safe and secure custody of prisoners at Mountjoy Prison, Dublin; (4) Deputy Mary Upton — the maintaining of facilities and services at Our Lady's Hospital for Sick Children in Crumlin, Dublin; (5) Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh — the provision of funding to the Creativity in the Classroom programme; (6) Deputy Timmy Dooley — the need to arrange a repayment schedule for farmers facing financial problems; (7) Deputy Martin Ferris — the ongoing feud among the traveller community in Tralee, County Kerry; (8) Deputy Joe Costello — the appointment of a new board to the Grangegorman Development Agency, Dublin; (9) Deputy Kieran O'Donnell — the provision of funding to construct new school facilities at JFK national school, Ennis Road, Limerick; (10) Deputy James Bannon — the issuing of appointments for consultants at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar, County Westmeath; (11) Deputy Pat Breen — the need to fast-track the extension to Scoil na Mainistreach, Quin, County Clare; (12) Deputy David Stanton — the threshold for a refund of VAT incurred on the purchase or importation of new medical instruments and appliances bought through voluntary donations; (13) Deputy Michael McGrath — the roll-out of primary care centres in Cork city and county; (14) Deputy Deirdre Clune — referral procedures to the cervical check national screening service; (15) Deputy Noel J. Coonan — the future of the Tipperary Institute of Education; and (16) Deputy Joe McHugh — the need for the Minister for Transport to engage with Minister for Regional Development in Northern Ireland, Mr. Conor Murphy MLA, to ensure funding will be provided for the Greencastle-Magilligan ferry and the Buncrana-Rathmullen ferry for 2010, given that the north-west ferry service is a vital function of the tourism industry in the north west.
