Members will recall that at the inaugural meeting of the joint committee on 13 November it was agreed to establish an ICT, information and communications technology, subcommittee. The joint committee meeting of 27 November agreed the terms of reference for the subcommittee. They require the joint committee to refer matters to the subcommittee, which should report back to the joint committee no later than three months from the date of referral. Copies of the motions to be referred to the subcommittee have been circulated. Is it agreed that they be referred to the subcommittee? Agreed. The Clerk will contact the members of the subcommittee with a view to arranging a date for the inaugural meeting.
