There is a report from the Joint Committee of Standing Orders (Private Business) dated 7th July, 1931, that no notice of appeal from the report of the Examiner of Private Bills in the case of the Heller Citizenship Bill, 1931, has been received within the prescribed time, and that the said Bill is accordingly deemed to have been read a First Time.
