I welcome the Minister and his officials to the meeting. Before we continue, I want to agree a timetable for business today and tomorrow. I propose that the select committee should sit until 1.30 p.m., resume at 2.30 p.m. and continue until 5.30 p.m., and sit tomorrow, as agreed, from 10.30 a.m. until 1p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., by which time the Dáil has ordered we must complete our business.
