133 Mr. Connaughton asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the position regarding the single payment entitlements for a person (details supplied) in County Galway; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [28428/05]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person named submitted an application requesting consideration in respect of the inheritance measure of the single payment scheme. The application has been processed and the person named was advised on 4 May 2005 that his request for inheritance under the scheme has been successful. The transfer of entitlements to the named person was subject to revision following a review of his case. A detailed breakdown of his increased entitlements will be issued to him within a few days.
