Ceist:157 Deputy Pat Rabbitte asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, further to Parliamentary Question No. 191 of 17 February 2010, when the promised notice required to clarify arrangements for parents of Irish-born children granted permission to remain in the State under the IBC 05 scheme will be published in the newspapers and posted on the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service website; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
