315 Deputy Deirdre Clune asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will review the application of a person (details supplied) for an extension to a working holiday authorisation; when the applicant will expect to receive a response; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have been informed by the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service (INIS) of my Department that the person referred to by the Deputy applied for permission to remain in the State and this application is currently under consideration. A decision will issue in the near future.
