Ceist:482 Deputy Enda Kenny asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if the original landowners have the right to re-purchase lands where agencies under his aegis purchased lands under the Turf Acts for the purpose of peat extraction and where those lands are no longer used for their original purpose by those agencies; if so, the impact of the rate of inflation upon such re-purchases; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
