Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Transport if a company (details supplied) was used to provide independent third party analysis of responses from candidates for the role of Road Safety Authority Chief Operations Officer; the stopping distance formula used by this company; if this company was not used, the reason for this; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
