Amharc ar fhreagraI wish to inform the Deputy that work is progressing on the redevelopment of Portlaoise Garda Station and a new building is currently being constructed on a site beside the Irish Prison Service College in Portlaoise which will reach substantial completion at the end of May 2024. This will be made available to the Department of Defence for their usage. The accommodation of other users would be a matter for the occupier of the building.
